Hi. As much as I'd like to write something mushy for father's day. I'm not up for it yet. (I feel immensly joyful of this day) I am simply happy that we're all together for this occasion. It would be nicer if my father is around to join us (he is still working overseas, we can't wait to see him already).

For some reason, we're not really up for some "photo shoot". But we're so psyched to try how our Eggplant Rollatini with Tomato-Mint Sauce Recipe worked out. Thanks to Mama Cecille and Malyn for helping out.

Mind you, it's not really easy to make these new recipes. This is something new to us. Yesterday, it took us hours to prepare this dish. Turned out it was a hit. :D Sorry for the pictures, this is the only thing that I can provide since we all this ate it up in a hurry! Hahaha.

The end didn't end there. For dinner, I prepared Spaghetti Carbonara, my hubby's favorite. Still, no picture hahaha. :)
